Dance Fit

Tuesday 7.15-8.15pm & Thursday 6.00-7.00pm

Are you up for a fun and rewarding challenge? Drop into one of my Dance Fit classes at Nadder Centre in Tisbury.

Through the different dances, we work on different aspects of our fitness, including cardio, endurance, strength and coordination. Sessions include weights and ab work before rounding off with at least ten minutes promoting total body flexibility..

The classes are included in a Wiltshire Council Life Zone membership, but drop-ins are more than welcome! During the hour-long class, we work through pre-planned mixed-style dances to a variety of different music, ranging from Taylor Swift to Spanish salsa.

No previous experience required – both left feet welcome!
